Avon Products Inc. nominated ConAgra Foods president and chief executive officer Gary M. Rodkin to its board of directors. He will replace Stanley C. Gault, who is retiring. Rodkin served as chairman and chief executive officer of PepsiCo Beverages and Foods North America from February 2003 to June 2005.
